MegaKC Promotes Ryan Mills to Chief Operating Officer

Ryan brings 13 years of experience at MegaKC to the COO role. Over more than a decade with the company, he has built a strong understanding of our operations, our people, and the work we do across water, civil, and industrial infrastructure projects. His career at MegaKC has been defined by steady leadership, operational focus, and a consistent commitment to supporting teams in the field and across the organization.
 
As Chief Operating Officer, Ryan will oversee operations and play a key role in aligning day-to-day execution with MegaKC’s long-term goals. The COO position is essential to ensuring operational consistency, project performance, and collaboration across teams as the company continues to serve the Kansas City region.
