Working with project designer Walter P. Moore and Associates Inc., 1,935 linear feet of complete residential street reconstruction was delivered by the design-build process. The project consisted of removing, replacing and widening roadway pavement; constructing new curb and gutters, sidewalks, drainage flumes, storm sewer, and water line; and removing and replacing driveway entrances.

Complete public involvement was included in the process with considerations in the construction process to ease homeowner concerns.
