MegaKC brought our employee-owners together for the annual ESOP meeting. We met at the Kansas City Zoo, where we have proudly completed many projects, including the giraffe enclosure, camel feeding deck and the award-winning nature play area, among others.
Team members gathered to learn about the value of the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) from guest speaker Dave Dalbey, a virtual design and construction manager at McCownGordon Construction, as well as MegaKC leadership. Our employee-owners’ hard work paid off despite a challenging year: The company stock price increased 31 percent!
In recognition of their dedication, employee-owners received RTIC backpack coolers. Daniel Uzueta was honored as Employee-Owner of the Quarter. His fellow employee-owners say Daniel shows leadership on the job site and takes pride in his work.
