Thompson Park Reopens

Thompson Park has reopened following renovations in Downtown Overland Park. As general contractor, MegaKC added new features including new restrooms, shelters, a playground, a splash pad and an outdoor office space with WiFi available. The most visible change is the new amphitheater with a paper airplane roof, which is a nod to the land’s former use as an airstrip.
