Smithville Downtown Streetscape - Phase 3

MegaKC was selected to deliver Phase 3 of the Smithville Downtown Streetscape project, focused on revitalizing the city’s core with upgraded infrastructure and enhanced public space. The scope includes full-depth pavement and sidewalk reconstruction, ADA improvements, stormwater upgrades, new signage, ornamental fencing, lighting, and aesthetic landscaping.

Additional work involves installing bike and pedestrian safety features, structural concrete, and various utility relocations. With a strong emphasis on constructability and minimizing public disruption, MegaKC is proud to help shape a more walkable, functional, and vibrant downtown for the Smithville community.
