Savannah WWTF UV Disinfection System

Subcontractor to Burns & McDonnell for improvements at the Savannah Wastewater Treatment Plant. Scope included construction of a new UV disinfection system, installation of a precast flow-meter manhole and flow-meter equipment, and approximately 130 linear feet of new sanitary sewer piping. The project also required roughly 125 cubic yards of structural concrete, installation of UV equipment and miscellaneous metals, and construction of a structural slab to support UV electrical components. Work was completed with associated excavation, grading, and sidewalk restoration.
