The project scope covers a full range of site improvements, including demolition, staking, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, utility and storm drainage installation and relocation, electrical and lighting upgrades, concrete paving, fencing, landscaping, and the addition of site amenities such as benches and drinking fountains.
